Straightforward terms.

Terms of use for the Veldt Labs marketing site. Product use is governed by your order form and MSA.

Last updated: 2026-07-09 v1.0

Scope

These terms cover use of the Veldt Labs marketing site at veldtlabs.ai. Access to and use of the Veldt platform is separately governed by your Master Services Agreement (MSA) and applicable order form. If there is any conflict between these site terms and your MSA, the MSA controls for anything relating to the platform.

Acceptable use

  • Lawful purposes only. Use the site for legitimate, lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms.
  • No abusive access. Don’t attempt to disrupt, degrade, probe, or scrape the site at abusive rates. Automated crawling should respect robots.txt and reasonable rate limits.
  • Responsible disclosure welcome. Bug reports and coordinated vulnerability disclosure are actively welcomed. See the security page for the program contact.
  • No reverse engineering. Don’t reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive proprietary material from what we publish here.

Intellectual property

  • Content. All content on this site (copy, code, design, and brand assets) is © Veldt Labs Inc. unless otherwise noted.
  • Trademarks. “Veldt” and “Veldt Labs” are trademarks of Veldt Labs Inc. Other names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
  • Citation. Short excerpts may be quoted for reporting, commentary, and analysis with attribution. Commercial redistribution of site material requires written permission.
  • Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback about the site or product, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it without obligation.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party resources for convenience: research papers, package registries, source repositories, and vendor sites. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms. Follow the third party’s own terms when you use their services.

Disclaimers

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veldt Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, in relation to your use of the marketing site itself.

Warranties, service levels, and support commitments for the Veldt platform are set out in your MSA and order form, not here.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veldt Labs’ liability for any claim arising out of use of this marketing site is limited. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where such rights apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts sitting in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If your jurisdiction requires mandatory local law protections that cannot be waived, those protections apply notwithstanding the above.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where practical, through other channels. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
